"I've just purchased a Ducati GT 1000 from your dealership and it was,without question, the best buying experience of my life. Dave and the entire staff are ultra-professional,knowledgeable and friendly. At 62, I've owned most makes of GT cars and Motocycles. I've raced Formula Atlantic cars and road raced bikes so I have some base to speak from.
I walked into the sales area on the first day without the intention of buying anything. I was greeted by Dave and the staff and before I knew it I was looking at Ducati's. There was no pressure but I did have all my questions answered. Questions that ranged from the bike to performance accessories to leathers and helmets. I left knowing that I was going to buy the GT and I was going to buy it from Gengras.
Now that the purchase is finalized and I have the bike and the accessories I couldn't be happier. It was an amazing experience. Any friends that show the slightest interest in a bike will be directed to Gengras. I could have bought the Ducati anywhere but,in the end,what I bought was the dealership, Dave and his staff. It's not the car or bike that is purchased,it's the confidence in the people standing behind the car or bike.

"I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what a wonderful staff you have. I frequent the Harley shop and feel very comfortable there. In fact, I love going there. The girls in clothing and accessories are wonderful! They always go out of their way to assist me. I also go to the Ducati shop where Nicole is always very helpful and pleasant. The guys in parts (Harley and Ducati) have always been very helpful and pleasant. They all keep me coming back! I have purchased 2 bikes there in the past 18 months and am contemplating another motorcycle purchase. This is where I want to buy. Your sales guys have been great to me also. I have worked with Ed(Stuck), Jan and Forest. All have treated me with respect and patience. Being a woman motorcyclist, I can tell you that the way they treat me is very much appreciated. "Dear Lynn and Don, I am writing you to thank you for the sound advice you gave and the great work by your technicians. With some reluctance I went with all of your suggested maintenance on my Ducati M620 that, at the time, had around 6,500 miles on it. Within a little over three weeks of picking up the bike from your shop I rode 2,800+ miles going to or through 13 states. The engine was noticeably tighter with the new belts and the already good brakes were exceptionally responsive. Not once did I slip or loose traction on those new tires.I very much appreciate your maintenance advice as it assured me of a terrific and problem-free trip. A Happy Customer! Bill"

"I bought my very first Ducati at Gengras Motorcycles last week, after 30-years of riding mostly 4-cylinder Universal Japanese Motorcycles.
David Rosen, Ducati Sales Manager, was my initial contact with your dealership, and he personally handled the sale throughout the entire process from initial contact through final paperwork, including introductions to your Service Manager and Parts Manager and brief tours of their respective departments, and a very careful and thorough bike features and operations orientation at the close of the sale. He even personally directed and assisted loading the bike on my pickup truck. (David was so conscientious that he would not let me use my own cam-lock tie down straps that I have used faithfully for years, instead he insisted on giving me a pair of ratchet-type tie down straps, explaining that cam-locks can slip, and the ratchet-type won’t.)
Throughout the process, David was a consummate professional. He was informative and helpful, never pushy or hurried to close the deal. From my perspective, even though I bought a leftover entry-level Ducati, David treated me as well as if I were buying a top of the line 1098 or a limited edition Paul Smart 1000, etc.
My Ducati purchase was a joy, in spite of my 30-year Japanese bike bias, thinking that a Ducati dealer would be way too Foo-Foo for me.
David made what could have otherwise been a potentially anxious bike purchase, into a relaxed pleasure for me.
I’m very, very pleased with my experience as a Gengras Motorcycles customer, and the excellent service provided by David Rosen is a large part of my pleasant experience at your dealership.
